Applications Closed for the 2026 Academic Year

Applications for the East Coast Admissions Scholars Award for the 2026 academic year are now officially closed.


We extend our sincere appreciation to the thousands of students who took the time to apply. This year, we received an exceptional volume of submissions from across the United States, with a total of 10,842 applications submitted each reflecting a high level of ambition, thoughtfulness, and purpose.


Our review process is currently underway. All applications will be evaluated carefully and with intention.


Selected recipients will be contacted directly, and winners will be publicly announced on June 15.


We thank all applicants for their interest and for allowing us the opportunity to engage with their work.

The East Coast Admissions Scholars Award

Purpose Statement

The East Coast Admissions Scholars Award celebrates high school seniors who embody the values that define true college readiness: resilience, integrity, and purpose.
This award recognizes students who have grown through challenge, led with empathy, and used their experiences to make a positive impact in their schools or communities. At East Coast Admissions, we believe success is not just about where you go to college, it’s about who you become along the way. 

Eligibility

Graduating high school senior (starting with the Class of 2026 and every year after that)
 

Planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year accredited college in Fall 2026
 

Demonstrates character, leadership, and personal growth
 

No GPA or test score requirement

Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, housing, and other eligible educational expenses. As long as the expense is billed through the college or university, we can apply the funds directly to it. 


All scholarship funds are paid directly to the recipient’s college. Funds are not disbursed to students personally. 


Selected recipients will be contacted directly via the email provided in their application. Winners will also be publicly announced. 


Any selected recipient who does not enroll in a college or university will be automatically disqualified, and the scholarship will not be awarded. 


In the rare case that a school cannot accept funds directly, recipients must work with their institution to identify an approved method. Funds can only be applied to verified educational expenses through the school. 


No. The scholarship must be used for the academic year immediately following the award. It cannot be deferred.
